You’re probably aware that many people talk about crystals as having various healing properties. They say that certain types of crystals have specific energies that can help us feel or do certain things. Your beliefs create reality, but what if you don’t believe in crystal healing? Many of the minerals inside our bodies are also found in various crystals or stones. For example, iron is in our blood. This could be why people say that holding a hematite crystal grounds us and helps blood flow, because it is a form of iron oxide. Did you know that quartz forms at a molecular level that is almost identical to our own atomic structure?
Many people are skeptical about this whole idea of crystal healing energy, so they may go searching online to figure out what they should believe. The internet is a non-physical energy that transmits information across the world. We obviously use physical objects to interact with this energy, but how? Well, the internet would be quite different if we didn’t have LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAYS to interact with it. You wouldn’t even be reading these words right now if it weren’t for crystals! Don’t have an LCD? Maybe you have an LED screen, which means that a semiconductor crystal is in each individual pixel. Forget the screen, we wouldn’t even have most of our technology if it wasn’t for the silicon crystal. All of the logic gates that make our technology function contain a silicon chip. Quartz crystals play a major role in our technology as well. Some of the crystal technology we have is used in various radios, watches, lamps, ultrasounds, solar panels, sonars, lasers, microphones, etc.
Crystals are transmitters of information or energy. This is hard to deny. The thing with crystal healing is that each crystal seems to have written guides all about its specific properties or attributes. Many people have just blindly accepted this information that was written by someone else. Maybe you justify this by thinking that those certain people can see energies and they are able to verify exactly what frequencies and abilities a crystal holds. The “problem” with this is that everything that a “psychic” writes about is purely from their own experience. We all experience the world differently and we interact with certain energies in different ways. One external energy may feel different to you than it does to someone else.
You’re constantly emitting your own frequency or type of energy based on your state of being. There’s no such thing as a good or bad energy. That is a complete judgement. Therefore, judging what one specific crystal does for everybody is nothing more than your own idea. Every single person has their own unique type of energy that only they can emit, unlike anybody else in the entire world. We like to measure frequencies in many different ways and perhaps the most scientific way is with the hertz scale. We assign meanings or states to specific numbered frequencies or frequency ranges such as delta, theta, alpha, beta, gamma, solfeggio, etc. All of these numbers and their meanings could be completely “true”, but you cannot measure an individual’s frequency. We all experience the external in our own way.
There is so much more going on behind the scenes that we will never be able to completely understand. Everyone’s energy is constantly interacting with everything around them. Haven’t you looked at someone or been near them and just felt uncomfortable for no reason? Just being near another person you can get a real sense for how your energy feels about them. This isn’t about judging others. You will only get a true sense for someone else’s energy if you set aside all of your expectations and thoughts. Not everyone will feel the same exact energy from one specific person because everything external to you is ultimately a reflection of yourself. We all experience the external so differently even though it may seem like we all live on the same earth. It all comes down to who you are on your deepest core level. Most people are completely unaware of who they really are deep down. They aren’t aware of their innermost feelings because they operate completely from the mind, or they just ignore their heart and gut.
Despite everything I’ve said, the placebo effect is very real. It has been scientifically proven that our beliefs create what we experience. If you truly believe in the properties that someone else wrote about a specific crystal, then that’s what you’ll experience. Likewise, if you believe that crystals don’t heal anybody, that’s what you’ll experience. Before I create a belief about something I try to experiment first. To do this you have to be very aware of your internal mind to be sure that you aren’t biased already with expectations. For example, I have tried meditating with crystals, carrying crystals in my pocket for a whole day, and for a week. Then I tried doing those three things without any crystals. The results were different, and that’s all I’m going to say because I don’t want risk filling your mind with expectations!
